Refund policy

At VKH Motorsports, our goal is to provide you with high-quality automotive accessories and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, uninstalled, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@vkhmotorsports.com.

  • Important Note: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender’s address on your package without prior authorization. Returns sent to us without first requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Once your return is authorized, our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address (our designated facilities in Cambodia or China) and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs We strive to be completely transparent about return shipping fees:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, we take full responsibility. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size, wrong style, or simply changed your mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for any returns.

5. Damages and Order Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, or damage, or receive the incorrect item, please contact us at info@vkhmotorsports.com right away with clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds Process

  • We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also inform you if the refund was approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

8. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days of our approval notification, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vkhmotorsports.com.
