A. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $50 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.99.
B. Processing and Transit Times As a global business dedicated to serving the US market, our products are dispatched directly from our primary supply chain center in China or our international fulfillment branch in Cambodia. This allows us to offer you high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, New York).
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.
- Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the estimated time for the package to travel from our international fulfillment centers to your address in the United States.
C. Shipping Carriers To ensure reliable delivery from our international facilities to your doorstep, we partner with trusted global and domestic carriers, including:

D. Change of Delivery Address Should you need to modify the delivery address, please reach out to us at info@vkhmotorsports.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
E. Order Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse until it reaches you.
F. Order Cancellation You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled in transit. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions on how to return the item once you receive it.
G. Packages Damaged in Transit If you notice any damage to your package upon delivery, we kindly request you reject the delivery if the courier is still present, and contact our Customer Service Team immediately. If the package was delivered while you were not present and you discover it is damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and notify us promptly so we can assist you with the next steps.
